How are life together began

Our life began together in June of 1962, we met at Me& Eds Pizza Parlor.  My mother actually introduced us to each other and Steve asked me out for the next night.  We immediately hit it off, in fact within 2 weeks we were getting ready to be married.  We married after knowing each other 3 weeks and have been together 48 year as of July 2, 2010.  We got married in a little Chapel in Westminster, it was a Monday night and we had a reception at my parents house that night.  The next day we went to Disneyland all day and night and then the next day we went to work.  It has truly been an awesome journey.  Lots of ups and downs, but we have managed to get through all of them, some not so good, some great.  We had our first daughter, Shaun October 4, 1963,  we had our second daughter, Sheree August 26, 1966, and our son, Steven July 24, 1973.  We have had a great and eventful life.  In 1964 Steve started working in the field laying sewer water and storm drain pipe.  From 1973 to 1976 he was working on and off in Bashra, Iraq.  In 1976 he took Steven and I there and then in a couple of months our daughters followed.   That in itself was a great experience and changed my attitude toward life and material things.  In 1977, Steve had a massive heart attack which at 37 that it a major change in our lives.  But, with our love and devotion we made it through that rough period of our lives.  In 1999, he had a 13 way by-pass and was told he would have a good 5 years of good life.  On June 1, 2010 he turned 70 so I would say that God is watching over him. thank you Lord.   In 2004, he had a pacemaker/de-fibulator installed.  In August of 2010 he had a new pace/maker/de-fibulator installed.  He is doing pretty well.  He is still working as a consultant and has no intentions of retiring unless we win the lottery.  Haha.  A for me me I am very healthy and happy.  Our children are all grown and we have 9 grandchildren. 4 boys and 5 girls, ranging from 26 to 3.  More to follow.
